Post title is showing on top of navigation

First let me start with saying, this plugin is gorgeous.
Now, I am experiencing a weird problem where the post titles are overlaying above the navigation bar. I currently have the shortcode to show 50 posts, so all the posts of a certain category would show.

As you scroll down the page, you will see the post titles are going above the navigation bar.
Hopefully there is a setting or a small tweak that can fix this.
