Post title in widget is not being used

After updating an existing post to change the “title in widget” the new title is not shown. Going back to edit the post shows the old “title in widget” text in the meta box.

Verified this happens for new posts as well. The text in that field is not saved to the database and going back to edit the post will show a blank for that field in the meta box.

The series selection and part number are saved.

To reproduce:
Either create new post or edit existing post.
Update/Add text to the “title in widget” meta box field.
Save/Update post.
Go to front end to verify the text is not as expected or ctrl+F5 on the edit post screen to see that the field reloads as blank or with previous text.
