Post title font size

Hi. I am trying to change the font size for the post title & seems like it doesn’t allow me to change it to a smaller size (size 16). Can anyone help?

Below is where I tried to make the changes:

.entry-header .entry-title {
font-size: 28px;
line-height: 1;
font-weight: normal;
margin-bottom:20px;
