Post title cutting off

Post titles in certain posts are being cut off and not showing the full title, but instead displaying ‘…’ at the end. (eg: https://navancycling.ie/girlonabike-howtogetabike/)
Yet, for other posts, I can have a long title no problem, eg: https://navancycling.ie/submissionforconventscheme/
Why is this happening and how can I have long post titles?
