Post Title Changing Itself to Last Draft While Editing

Hi. I’m having this annoying problem where I’ll be writing a post and suddenly the title changes to the last draft title that I was editing. No matter how many times I change and save it, it starts “working” and I get the spinning mac rainbow and after it’s replaced my title. Sometimes it happens right when I’m posting and then the title isn’t relevant. So annoying!

Noticing a ton of slowness on the backend even when I’m just trying to write or add links. I tried disabling the plugins which didn’t help. Ran wordfence and haven’t found an issue though I can never seem to get a complete scan in before it times out. Any thoughts or advice would be a Godsend.
