Post title and picture not populating on social shares

When blog posts are shared to social networks, either with the Add to Any button or by copying and pasting the post URL, the title and picture are not showing up on the social network in the share. Now, it only shows the Blog name. Strangely, the link goes to the proper post. I need the title and picture to show up, when people share posts.
