post tile and author name suddenly disappear

Dear CS Team

Please note that the post tile and author name suddenly disappear from the website homepage as every post was had the post title, date, and posted by Lovebyn.

2nd when we i was in wordpress.com when i posted a new post the mail that sent for whom subscribed was including the photo cover, now there is no pic attached the sent mails.

So please help!
