Post thumbnails and htacess problem

Hello i hv received this support msg regarding my website about post thumbnails not showing

Thank you for contacting tech support and I apologize for the issue. I
do not see automatic-featured-image-posts as currently active at the
moment. Upon further review into the error logs, please see below:

Legend: I = Inactive, A = Active

I do not see a .htaccess file within the ’12’ directory but do see that
the permissions are set properly on the directories leading to the file
in questions. I advise to reactive the plugin and re-create or restore
the .htaccess file. The Domain Restore feature is found in the Manage
Domains section. Each domain listed against your account has a restore
button on the right hand side. Click this to see the details of the
feature. If the issue still persists after implementing the above
suggestions you will need to contact the plugin developer for further
