Post thumbnail does not crop

    I am using the tempera theme and try to crop my post preview pictures in the tempera settings. So there is 500 px x 200 px and I checked the crop command.

    I also put the same settings in the wordpress generell settings.

    So it does not work! The pictures are not croped. They are all different in Height. Just the width is common.

    Hope you can help.
