Post thumbnail

  • Hi there, I have a simple question. I want to feature my new post on the home page with image thumbnail and short text like [read more….]. I did tried some plugin, however, it does not work properly.

    Hi daymobrew, thank you for your reply, but no, I haven’t figured it out yet. What you saw on the page is I am trying to use a plugin that allows featuring posts thumbnail.

    So I created a page named “HOME” and put the shortcode on that page. I temporarily have what I want but there is a problem here. I want the post thumbnail literally featured on the HOME (the default one).

    Right now I managed to get the thumbnail post featured but I cannot show the sidebar menu because that HOME page is a created one, not the default you know what I mean? So every time when I click on the header image, it directs to the HOME (default one) without the post thumbnail.

    Quite complicated, not sure if I explain it clearly.
