Post tags

My blog is a multi-author blog, and it has 13 pages of tags.

It feels very cumbersome to scroll through 13 pages. And when writing a post, it’s often the case that there are many similar tags (cesarean and caesarean, for example).

So I’d like to know:

Is there a way to display *all* the tags in the editor? Or at least more than the 25-odd?

What about displaying more than 20 per page in Posts > Tags?
