Post Tag problem 2.9.0 and 2.9.1

Up until 2.9 post tags was working fine. Now, even though the tags are added they do not appear in the edit posts – no tags show up.

I tried adding them via quick edit with the same result.

Any ideas on how to fix this would be most appreciated.
