Post Tag font size in editor

Anyone know how to change the font size of the Post Tags in the post editing screen? On the right size when I go to choose Post Tags for my post and click the link that says “Choose from the most used tags”. The list that pops up is using font-size 22pt for used tags. I understand the need to highlight the more used tags, but 22pt seems extreme, because they overlap.

I know how to control it on the output in the tag cloud. But I’m wondering about in the editing screen.
