Post switch Title and slug goes blank

I recently updated to WP 3.6 and when i change a post type, for certain users with admin privileges, when a post type is changed, the title and slug are saved blank. this changes the slug to the post id when the title is blank…
Let me know if you are aware of any such bug after the recent WP update.
