Post Submission Form on separate page

    Fantastic plugin, thank you.

    Can you tell me how I can put the Post Submission Form on separate page?

    I tried creating a new template page and copied the frontier_post_form_page code in there. That worked up for uploading the image. But when I hit the “Insert into Post” button, the page just goes blank.

    I would send a link but am working on local install.
