Post sub field for repeater not working with custom post type

    Hi support folk,

    I have a sub field in a repeater that is set to Post type with a custom post type selected.

    When I call the id…

    $post = block_sub_value( "$field_pre-color" );
$postID = $post->ID;

    I’m getting this message:

    Notice: Trying to get property ‘ID’ of non-object
