post style of list and post page

Hello wordpress,

i need some help with the blogpost-page.

At the moment i have a list of 6 latest posts on my blog page

I want to have the posts like on my main page (2 rows and 3 posts per rows and smaler images).

How can i do that?

Additional i dont want to show category, tags and excerpt on that list. Even i want to change the “continue reading” into something german.
