Post still tagged with Public preview although published

Hi there, one of my blog articles that used to be a draft and have public preview activated, is now published, however in the backend, it is still tagged with “public preview”. It shows on the front end so it IS published I just want to make sure that it is not affecting anything and need to know why only that post is still marked like that. IN the post itself the option to public preview does not even show anymore as it is already published.
