Post Status Not Changing From Scheduled To Published. Schedules Missed.

Hi

I have a blog which posts twice a day. I have 2 posts scheduled to be posted for the next 2 years.

It stopped getting published automatically.

When I checked the posts, which were not getting published this is what I see, check screenshot below:

The date I am posting this thread is 23/8/2013.

The status is scheduled, when it should have changed to published.

Manually clicking on the publish button published the post. However that doesn’t help. As I mentioned before I have 2 posts scheduled everyday for the next 2 years.

I have tried the following:
1. Update and Disabled all plugins.
2. Updated WordPress. Currently 3.6.
3. Deleted browser cache.
4. Switched to default themes twenty twelve and twenty thirteen.
5. Contacted my hosting provider (JustHost) who were not able to help. They raised a support ticked of some kind.

My apologies if I have not been detailed. I will do my best to provide additional information if I have missed anything.
