Post SMTP menus are not showing even though active

In old versions it was there, now it has location on is own.
Check the last item menu

Do you have a cache active that is caching your admin page?
Try clearing all caches (server, browser and WordPress).

Failing that, do you have any plugins installed to restrict access to settings by users?

Lastly, try and re-install. Login via server and rename the post SMTP folder to .old.Post SMTP, then reinstall the plugin. You won’t lose any settings.

1. No admin caching
2. I do, my last post is checking with @yehudah if there’s any user role restrictions to his plugin. However, I’ve installed new plugins before and since then without any issues with the menu.
3. I tried this rename/reinstall, still not showing up.

Oh it looks like there was an update? It’s showing up now ??
