Post SMTP email error after deleting website

    Hi!

    I’ve deleted my complete website to go HTML only. Still getting every day the email saying ‘Post SMTP email error’. Where is this email still coming from?

    Thank you for contacting us regarding the issue you are facing. It’s possible that your email address is being used on another website, causing email failure notifications to be sent to you. Please ensure that you are receiving emails for the same website you have been deleted.

    Yes I did ofcourse, it’s even in the subject. Any idea how this can happen?

    This is quite perplexing, It is possible that some functionality or datatable may still remain on your site even after deletion, which could cause this abnormal behavior. Please share the screenshot of the email you have received on our?technical support channel so we can look more into this.
