You getting this message because an error detected while delivered your email. For the domain: https://fantasticphotosprague.com The log to paste when you open a support issue: Bad Request(invalid_grant)

I don’t receive the content of the submitted message.

I also have WP Mail SMTP installed. When clicking on the Test Email button it gives the error “There was a problem while sending the test email.

The tech support of hosting provider Bluehost checked the email routing and suggested I contact WPForms as they believe the issue is with the plugin.

  • Hello @duggy2010,

    Thanks for contacting us!

In case you are using Post SMTP plugin and WP Mail SMTP at the same time, then it might cause a conflict. Further, at the moment, we aren’t able to provide support for the Post SMTP plugin.

In case it helps, you may want to disable Post SMTP plugin and try setting up the WP Mail SMTP instead. However, in case you’re seeing error messages with WP Mail SMTP, please feel free to post the error message along with the mailer you’re using on WP Mail SMTP’s forum.

    Thanks!
