post-sitemap.xml error by Google search console

We understand that there is a report of an error on your post sitemap of:

Sitemap can be read, but has errors
Missing XML tag

Is the sitemap being generated by the Yoast SEO plugin? Could you please provide us with the URL to your sitemap so we can try and check on this further?

Otherwise, we recommend removing and resubmitting the sitemap in Google Search Console – https://yoast.com/help/submit-sitemap-search-engines/#google-remove

Upon checking https://www.nhmgujarat.in/sitemap_index.xml and the sub-sitemap https://www.nhmgujarat.in/post-sitemap.xml, it seems to be loading as expected.

Could you please remove all of the submitted sitemaps in GSC and make sure you only submit the /sitemap_index.xml URL? You can follow the steps here – https://yoast.com/help/submit-sitemap-search-engines/#google-remove

yes Today am i remove it and then resubmit just /sitemap.xml but still facing same error

We’ve checked https://www.nhmgujarat.in/post-sitemap.xml and the output seems to be good and conforms to our documentation. You can check our XML sitemaps API documentation here – https://developer.yoast.com/features/xml-sitemaps/api/

Based on your screenshot, it looks like the last read date is August 2, 2021, so it’s possible that Google hasn’t recrawled the post sitemap just yet. We recommend monitoring it for now, and in a couple of days, trying to resubmit the sitemap again, if it still hasn’t updated.

can you tell how to solve this problem because everything are good but GSC not crawl my post-sitemap.xml … please tell me the solveing process because you know google its biggest search engine in this world
