    Ideally, 503 error means there was a bad connection to a server. Have you tried reaching out to your hosting provider to get more details about the error or error logs? Having the log file and the errors that were there would be a good starting point for us to find the cause of the issue.

    Yes, they told me that the error is from Yoast and WordPress. So I should ask for help from WordPress Yoast forum support. Please help me my post site map is not working.

    Thanks for following up with us. To investigate the issue further for you, can you please confirm the total number of posts you have on your website?

    In addition, can you please pull the server error log to see if you could find anything related to the 503 error? If you are not familiar with it, you can share the relevant server error log here with us so that we can take a look at it.

    I have 110 posts on my site. I didn’t understand your second question. I found below errors related to 503 in cpanel error.

    While the errors in the log file seem not much helpful, as another possible cause, we sometimes noticed some sitemaps fail to load due to limited execution time in the server.

    The execution of post sitemap might typically times out when there are too many items for the server to process in a short period of time. We would recommend ensuring that the PHP settings for both max_execution_time and memory_limit are set to a high enough value in the PHP environment. This setting is typically controlled by editing the values in a php.ini file such as in the following example:

    max_execution_time = 300
    memory_limit = 256M

    Since we are not familiar with your server configuration, we may not be able to provide technical advice in this regard. You may want to reach out to your web hosting provider for further assistance.

    We look forward to hearing from you.

    Hi,

    Without taking a look at your setup (and the relevant errors from your server log) more specifically, we aren’t able to advise what is causing the 503 errors when loading the post sitemap, as it usually points to a timeout issue or something to do with the configuration in your server.

    It looks like you aren’t using the Yoast SEO sitemap feature when trying to load your website again under /sitemap_index.xml.

    Michael Tina, I was using Yoast map site map but due to the error I just turned off yoast site map and added Google XML sitemap plugins now with different sitemap I’m using the site.
