Post show on site but not in admin

I have a site https://www.trumansburglibrary.org/wordpress/?page_id=2
that all the posts show in the site but only if I search for a specific topic. none on the categories show in the menu (except the new one I just added) this new post is in the admin post section but no others.

all posts are in the database – – I tyried exporting and inporting and it tells me that the post is already there… So how do I see them to edit?
