Post self-hosted WordPress to social networks?

I need a plugin that posts my self-hosted blog posts to Google+, Facebook, Twitter and Plurk… And preferably more. I’ve checked out Ping.fm to use with Shorten2Ping (Not sure if it works yet) but Ping.fm just doesn’t connect to my Facebook page – It is not under an account, I signed up for the page from the main page, and I think that’s the problem. I don’t know how to fix it.

Same kind of issue with HelloTXT… Before I used the plugins I wanted to make sure my networks were ready to be posted to, but Facebook had an authorization error every time.

I also tried the dlvr.it website (Worked fine with the Facebook page!) but it doesn’t post to Plurk or Google+.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what I could use, or any fixes for what I have already tried (And what plugins I can use with them)?
