Post saved in various in DB since 0.03

Great plugin with lots of potential. Even at this version fit for production but strangely since version 0.03 a post/page is saved in db as separate versions in mobi, epub and pdf. This causes those versions to show up as attachments to the post (when attachments are meant to be shown via code in template or via relevant attachment plugins). This is annoying and interferes with other legitimate attachments to the post e.g. .pdf or .doc attachments. Is this intended behavior or just a fluke. Appreciate some insight.
