Post revision cleaner recommendation

I tried using WP Sweep to get rid of post revisions and wound up breaking all of the links to PDFs I had. Not a biggie as I just rolled things back to before I made the change and all is fixed. Can anyone recommend a plugin or method for removing post revisions that won’t affect document revisions?
