Post requirements post? Cannot find it

I cannot find a post where I saw that unless certain info is provided that you will not reply. I’m trying to find it to be sure I have provided all info. I thought it would be a Pinned Post, but there’s not one from what I can see. My post is the same copy/paste that another user posted the same issue under, so you may think it’s the same thread, but I cannot edit the title now . .. I’m not sure if I provided all required information, but cannot find the requirements to be sure
