Post Ratings Show Up In Portfolio

  • Hey everyone!

    I am making a travel site for Japan, and making each town in each prefecture have a portfolio page. Here is my practice page of random things

    I am allowing people to rate every single site, but what I want to do is I want the ratings to show up in the portfolio section.

    I want it to display
    The Picture
    The Title
    The Rating

    Does anyone know how to make this happen?
