Post previews out of order on home page

  • I can’t seem to get my post previews in the right order. I keep playing around with the featured image sizes, and that seems to change thing, but I still can’t get it so they read from 10 back to 1. All the publication dates are in order. Is there any way to force them to show in reverse order, or make it so the home page shows the featured images as the exact same sizes so that the order won’t be impacted by the image size? This is so frustrating! Any help would be much appreciated.

  • Do you mean the posts are not coming in order of date because of featured image sizes? Sorry if I could not understand the problem properly!

    That’s just my guess. It looks like the size of the tiles is affected by the featured image sizes, and I’m guessing that the tiles are being rearranged based on some kind of fit algorithm? I can’t figure it out, but I know that adjusting the proportions of the featured images has impacted how the tiles get arranged.
