Post Preview not displaying formatting

I have a client who has a private Poetry Blog. The full post shows the poem with the right formatting (line breaks) but the Preview Post doesn’t, it shows everything as one show sentence.
Here’s a screenshot of how it look in preview and here how it should look (as it is in the full post).
I’d really appreciate any help I could get!

I recommend getting in touch with Divi’s support about this via https://divi.help/ – as this is a commercial plugin/theme we cannot help you here with it.
