Post prefix showing before slug

  • I have the an author prefix defined as /author, but the post prefix appears before it, making it look like /corpus/author/, how come?

    This is how WordPress permalinks work. If you have a post prefix in your permalink settings, this will be used by WordPress when generating author permalinks. If you want to remove the prefix, Edit Author Slug has a setting that will remove the prefix, named “Remove Front.”
