• Hello!
I’m looking for some help on solving what is hopefully a small issue. I’ve already brought this issue to WooCommerce support who, after some troubleshooting roughly in line with the troubleshooting recommended in the “before you start a ticket” thread, suggested I bring it here just in case it may be an Elementor issue.

I had commissioned a website that makes use of Elementor for the actual layout, and WooCommerce for a small shop of digital items. It works great for the most part, but when I requested to change the permalink structure from “plain” to “post”, the layout of the product archive broke, removing all filter options and changing some of the text formatting. I’ve tried to reach out to the original dev with mixed success, so I’m now also considering just trying to fix it myself. But since I’m not overly familiar with either of these plugins, a little help would be appreciated.

To demonstrate, here is what the product archive looked like before the change:

And here is what it looks like after:

If there’s anything I could do to fix this, that would be really appreciated. The shop isn’t particularly essential at the moment, as our main product is still in development, but having a professional looking permalink setup is crucial, so I’d like to have that immediately workable once our product is ready.

And here is a paste containing the console messages: https://pastebin.com/H282cZMt

    Thanks
