• Dear everyone,

Our WordPress site has run smoothly for quite sometimes. But these days, I found somethings strange.

When I create a new Post, type in the post title, then get to the content textarea, enter some text, the permalink is generated automatically, but it is missing some word from the post’s title.

Ex: post title: The Western Australian International School System is holding the competition
    post permalink: https://wass.edu.vn/uncategorized/western-australian-international-school-system-holding-competition.html

“the” and “is” are stripped off from the permalink, while it should convert full post title to a full post URL for the post.

As you can see, the length of the title does not exceed 90 nor 255 characters.

So, what cause this problem. I tried to find but it is still hopeless.

Please help me solve it out.

Thanks for your help. I am really appreciate your kindness.

    Best regards,

    Hi John Paul,

    Thanks for your advice.

I checked on Google and oopps Yoast SEO is removing stop words from my url. I disable that option of Yoast SEO and everything turns back to normal.

I am really appreciate for your help.

    Hieu Bui,
