Post Paging Problem with 2.1

  • I am using WP 2.1 with a Blue Curves Template from Tech Wench. When I upgraded to 2.1, my post paging link at the bottom of my front page that permits users to move to previous pages containing previous article disappeared.

    This is a copy of the paging code in the page.php but it doesn’t show up on the page (I put the comment tags on the line of code for the entry below so that is shows up in this post but the actual code on the page does not contain the <!– and –> comment tags):

    <!– <p class=”postnavlink”><?php posts_nav_link(‘ — ‘, __(‘« Previous Page’), __(‘Next Page »’)); ?></p> –>

    I would greatly appreciate any suggestions since the only way to view posts other than the front page is to visit each category.

  • If you are using the Adhesive plugin – that caused the same issue for me.

    Otherwise disable all your plugins and reactivate them one by one.

    Thank gMK – it was Adhesive. Working like a charm. It only drove me slightly nuttier than I was before.
