    Did you update your permalinks after upgrade?

    nope. I din upgrade any permalinks.

    Infact other post links are working, only posts who have multiple pages in it(<!–nexpage–>) are having problems.

    What could be the problem ?

    After upgrade, you are supposed to update the permalinks, according to the upgrade instructions.

    I would deactivate your plugins, update permalinks, then reactivate all plugins.

    See if this solves it.
