    Hi Guido, ??
    Thank you for this plugin!
    I am hoping to find a way to get the post/page title sent with the email notification.
    I need to know exactly which page or post the form was filled out from.
    Is there a way to do this?

    Hi Jake,

    Guess you’re having multiple forms as well? If you do, you can replace the default prefix (the site title) with this attribute:

    
prefix_subject="your prefix here"

    So the shortcode for page “About” can be: 

    
[contact prefix_subject="Page About"]
