    Hello,

If I enable “Let Site Kit place AdSense code on your site,” there is an error on the post page. The post page does not work properly; the header covers the entire site, and the post cannot be read.

    Please help, Sebastian

Hi @sebi0509, and thanks for reaching out.

Based on your description, it sounds like a some ads are covering the content of your site, particularly on post pages. While ad placement is dictated by AdSense logic, and not via any Site Kit specific functionality, I’d be happy to help out here where possible. Note also that if you manually insert AdSense code on your site, instead of using Site Kit, the same applies.

In order to troubleshoot this, firstly can you enable Auto ads on your site once more by allowing Site Kit to insert ad code? After going so, visit your AdSense account and then your Auto ads settings. From there, try to temporarily disable anchor ads ?(Ad Formats > Anchor ads).

After performing the above, let me know how you get on. I’m happy to check your site also, in particular a post page, after you apply the above.

Thanks for the update @sebi0509. Unfortunately I don’t see any ad code on your site at present, you may have since removed. Feel free to let me know once you’ve disabled anchor ads once more and I’ll check.

Note that you can also restrict ads from areas of your site, which may also resolve your specific case. To do do, see the guide below:

I disabled the “Let Site Kit place AdSense code on your site” option because the entire post pages on my website do not work.

I manually added the code here, and there is also an error: https://www.ambulanta.net/the-camden-cycling-watch/

    Without the code: https://www.ambulanta.net/drazje-zdravstveno-zavarovanje/

Thanks for the update @sebi0509. I can see the ad placement unsuitable behavior on your site now, thanks for sharing. Unfortunately it’s normal that if you place the code manually, as opposed the using Site Kit, the same would occur. For that reason I mentioned above it’s not specifically a Site Kit related issue. It seems that AdSense algorithms and ad placements may be conflicting with your themes styling.

Have you tried removing ads from areas of your site where you don’t wish to have ads displayed? You can provide and remove ads for both the mobile and desktop version if so.

As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist.
