Post page displaying incorrect images/not showing date

Hello, I’m working on creating a grid layout for my posts page. I’m displaying the featured image for each post, but for some reason, it isn’t displaying the correct image under the post. It seems that the featured image is showing the one for the post that comes before it. If you click into the “read more” you can see which featured image it is supposed to be. Also for some reason, the date doesn’t display on most of the posts.
