    Hi. I can’t get Appearance>Post Settings>Post Order By to work. Whatever I set Post Order By to, the posts are always displayed by date order. Please advise. Thanks

    Hi!
    Posts are displayed according to different criteria provided by the global object WP_Query. If you set up sorting by publication date of posts, then everything should work correctly. It is difficult for us to judge your issue right now. Please, provide a link to the page of your website. Perhaps the issue is something else…

    I currently have post order by set to “Rand” so I was expecting post order to be random each time the page is loaded?

    Your issue that you are using selective posts to display in the grid. you need to clear the Add posts field and set the RAND parameter in the settings. this way you will get posts displayed in random order.
