Post or IP/computer based & Reset

Hi – great plugin. We’re considering the upgrade to get the visual timer. I’m a little confused by the language around a piece in your interface.

I understand “EXPIRE BY IP” and “EXPIRE BY COOKIE”.

But what is “FIXED FOR ALL” – does this mean that User1 will trip the timer for all other users (meaning a class of users)? Or does FIXED FOR ALL mean that each user, no matter which computer or location they visit the page from, the timer will begin?

Secondly, in order to later capture users a second or third time, how can the admin reset this feature for a specific user without resetting the link for everyone (if FIXED FOR ALL) is checked?
