Post number NOT synced from Svea?

This is an intermittent issue.
It seems that sometimes Svea does NOT send back the postal code back to WordPress in the checkout, this results in no shipping costs being added to the order.As I said, this seems to be an intermittent problem, so its a little hard to track down, but it does happen every so often.
I have made sure to check “Synka postnummer fr?n Svea” in the Svea settings in WordPress/WooCommerce.
Is this something you know of which has happened to someone else?
What can I do to fix this?
