• This is an intermittent issue.
    It seems that sometimes Svea does NOT send back the postal code back to WordPress in the checkout, this results in no shipping costs being added to the order.

    As I said, this seems to be an intermittent problem, so its a little hard to track down, but it does happen every so often.

    I have made sure to check “Synka postnummer fr?n Svea” in the Svea settings in WordPress/WooCommerce.

    Is this something you know of which has happened to someone else?

    What can I do to fix this?

    Hi,

    We’ve noticed this behaviour in a few instances where all information is pre-filled within the Svea Checkout iframe. We’re releasing a new version (2.4.1) today which I recommend downloading.

    Please try that version to see if that resolves the problem.
