Post Notifications Not Showing Up

Trying the support forums since paid support for MailPoet hasn’t responded in the last 10 days. Hoping someone can help.
MailPoet > Emails > Post Notifications. This is where we go to customize the ‘post notifications’ for new blog posts. Usually there are templates listed here that you can toggle on/off, then click in to to edit, but none of the templates are even listed. Luckily the last version we edited and made active had no time-sensitive events on it. It’s been sending emails and working fine, we just can’t see the template to edit it!
We would typically deactivate/reactivate the plugin and see if that works, but we didn’t want to risk having to re-setup the templates, so we’re trying to avoid that. Please advise!
Also, possibly related, but maybe not – we’re getting this error when we move around within the Emails part of the plugin. It goes away after a minute or so, so maybe it’s not related, but figured we should pass it along.
