Post notifications not received from time to time

    Hi,

    The notifications of new articles are being automatically sent everyday with no problems, until, from time to time, it stops working properly for no visible reason.

    In the newsletter subscribers statistics, the “Score” is not showing (“unknown”).

    Do you see what could be the problem?

    Right, so we’re having some recent reports about the Stats missing in some sites – our dev team is already aware of this issue.

    The cause is likely related to the MySQL version you are using. We started using some features that MySQL 5.5 doesn’t support.

    For now, you should be able to roll back to an older version of the plugin (3.62.0) to have the correct link URLs and the detailed stats rates for the sent newsletters.

    But to have it permanently fixed, we strongly suggest asking your web hosting to upgrade your MySQL version.
