Post Notifications Not Going out

All week, I have desperately tried to resolve this problem before today as my branding post notifications have always been scheduled to go out at 3a on Sunday Morning. For the past month they have not. I initially was getting an error message stating it was paused. After reading literally hundreds of concerns on the same topic, I removed quite a few spam comments and purchased a clearinghouse to ensure the emails were all viable. I was told the function was restored. However, My POST are still not sending… One in “Post Notifications” has said “sending” for days… and one I had completed and scheduled to send Friday at 11a, didn’t go…. and now the one for this morning also DID NOT GO. The page doesn’t say “paused” or nothing, but it nots going….I haven’t made any changes to the system as it has been working fine for 6 months. Not sure if its an upgrade or other problem but it has severely set me back. Please advise.
