Post-Notification: Some Work and Some Don’t

Hello All,

I’ve now installed Post-Notification into 6 different WordPress sites. 3 work just fine, 2 look like they work and test OK but don’t send out posts, and 1 doesn’t work at all. I’ve wondered if it’s theme related, and tested to see, but it’s not themes. I’ve wondered if it’s versions, working well on 2.2.1, 2.3.1, 2.3.1, but not working on a different 2.3.1 or 2.3.3 or 2.3.3… so maybe it’s version problem? I’ve wondered if it’s plugins so I turned them off and tried on sites wiAll 6 sites give me the UTF-8 message and it doen’t matter at all.

The 3 sites that don’t work with Post-Notification each gave me the error message about post_notification.lock and chmod to 777 – but I put the post_notification.lock in manually and set the permissions to 777 manually, each at different points in the installation process, and that doesn’t fix it.

What should I try next?
