Post notification not working properly

    We are using “email-subscribers” plugin for our site, since 2-3 years. But we are facing 2 issues.

    1.If I schedule any post, then before publishing post mail get triggered to all subscriber and they found broken link. So I unable to schedule post for future.

    2. Last time I was editing post before publishing it mails triggered to subscriber and they again found broken link. This happened with drafted post also.

    For now I have deactivated plugin. Can you help me here?
