Post Notification Formatting Issues

  • Hi,
    I am using your plugin to send post notifications to subscribers. (v3.56.0)

    My issue is that MailPoet is stripping the spacers and dividers from the posts. This makes everything look bunched up and running together with no true ideas of the different sections of the post.

    Is there a way to avoid this?

    This is now a week old and I was certain I read that support would look at issues once a week.

    Is there any hope for a reply, or is there no longer support for issues?

    For anyone else that finds this with the same question, I decided to make image spacers for now. It’s a shame that I can’t format spacers and dividers on the fly using the block editor to adjust settings dynamically, but I’m hoping this will get me by for now.

    I can’t see a good reason for MailPoet to strip the formatting you purposely put into a post, but since there there hasn’t been a response yet, maybe there isn’t a good reason for it.
