Hello Sir,

I’m Using Free Version of our Plugin Here’s the screenshot https://paste.pics/D2J4V

The Post Notifications Scheduled Email Works fine on Past Two Weeks. but This week The Scheduled Notifications does not work.

I Checked all the things are working fine. Look at the screenshots

And also It shows Running Tasks how should i stop those running tasks?

Please check and update. If all clear means i will go with premium one.

Hi there @karanbironestop,

Thanks for getting back to us!

So if I got it right, you have a scheduled Post Notification email configured which was working properly.

However, this week you published a post but a PN email didn’t get sent. At the same time, it’s shown as Scheduled in the past in your System Status.

I believe that it might be related to your cron settings (MailPoet > Settings > Advanced > Task Scheduler). Can you please check if changing it helps?
